“Art in Action” (AIA) aims to provide a Saturday Visual Arts experience for children in grades 6 - 12, integrating creative expression with a focus on mental health awareness. Through various visual art forms, students will build self-esteem, develop emotional coping mechanisms, and learn about global issues. The “Art In Action” program seeks a holistic approach to children's mental health through the visual arts. Students will be able to find a supportive community to lean on and have the opportunity to build and expand their portfolios

Painting and Drawing: Expressive art sessions to allow children to communicate feelings through visual mediums.

Sculpture and Pottery: Hands-on activities for tactile expression and stress relief.

Digital Arts: Introduction to digital tools for creative expression.

Exhibitions: Displaying student's artwork for the community and parents to observe and appreciate.
