Wigstock Opening Reception and Artist Talk

Dalpé documented Wigstock in the early 90s when it was at the height of its popularity. Allowing visitors to experience photography in black and white each image reflects a personal back story. The images tell a story that can shield light that all people have the right to express themselves freely, no matter their gender, race, religion, or background.
